Rebecca Fernandes, Claire Donnelly, Padma Babu

TL;DR
This audit evaluates how well psychiatric discharge summaries from learning disability services follow guidelines to avoid overmedication of people with learning disabilities and autism.
Contribution
The study provides a clinical audit of STOMP compliance in psychiatric discharge summaries from learning disability services.

Recommendations include improving discharge templates and increasing STOMP awareness.
