TL;DR
This paper presents the draft genome sequences of two Pseudomonas species isolated from Nigerian soil.
Contribution
The study provides high-quality draft genomes for Pseudomonas guariconensis and Pseudomonas shirazica.
Findings
The genome of Pseudomonas guariconensis ABJ_B2_1 is 4.98 Mb with a GC content of 62.68%.
The genome of Pseudomonas shirazica ABJ_A22_2_1 is 5.71 Mb with a GC content of 62.63%.
Abstract
We report the draft genome sequences of Pseudomonas guariconensis ABJ_B2_1 and Pseudomonas shirazica ABJ_A22_2_1, isolated from soil in Gwagwalada, Nigeria. The genomes were 4.98 Mb (40 contigs) and 5.71 Mb (112 contigs) in size, with GC contents of 62.68% and 62.63%, respectively.
