Digital Interventions for Improving Positive and Negative Symptoms in Psychosis: A Systematic Review of Evidence
Nnamdi Anyim, Ahmed Waqas

TL;DR
This paper reviews digital tools for treating psychosis, finding they can help reduce symptoms like paranoia and delusions, but more research is needed.
Contribution
The study systematically evaluates digital interventions for psychosis, highlighting their potential and identifying gaps in current evidence.
Findings
Nine studies showed digital tools can improve positive symptoms like paranoia and delusions.
Interventions included apps for symptom tracking, self-management, and behavioral monitoring.
Most studies were feasibility trials, with only four randomized controlled trials.
