## Abstract

Integrale domeinoverstijgende samenwerking wordt gezien als de sleutel tot succes om complexe uitdagingen in de gezondheid en zorg voor zwangere vrouwen en (aanstaande) ouders het hoofd te bieden. Zuid-Limburg werkt aan het inrichten en optimaliseren van de samenwerking tussen het medisch, sociaal en publiek gezondheidsdomein. Het resultaat is een regionale Basisstructuur Kansrijke Start voor het bieden van passende steun aan gezinnen in een kwetsbare situatie. Dit artikel schetst de ontwikkeling, opzet en geleerde lessen van deze Basisstructuur.
