## Abstract

小细胞肺癌（small cell lung cancer, SCLC）是一种胸腔恶性肿瘤，约占肺恶性肿瘤的15%，其被发现时往往就已发生转移。其中广泛期小细胞肺癌（extensive stage-small cell lung cancer, ES-SCLC）约占SCLC总数的2/3。多年以来，由于SCLC对放疗较为敏感，所以放疗在ES-SCLC中占据了重要地位。近年来，免疫检查点抑制剂在ES-SCLC治疗中表现出了较为优秀的抗肿瘤活性，成为ES-SCLC的重要治疗手段之一。然而，在免疫治疗时代，ES-SCLC的放疗将有什么改进?本文将对ES-SCLC的放疗、免疫治疗及综合治疗的临床进展进行综述。
