## Abstract

随着化疗药物和放射技术的进步，尤其是放化疗综合治疗的应用，经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤（cHL）患者治愈率提高，死亡率下降，但仍有部分患者复发或难治，或由于放化疗相关不良反应而死亡。近些年来随着对cHL研究的深入，治疗已经全面进入靶向免疫时代，以靶向CD30抗体偶联药物以及免疫检查点抑制剂为代表的新药进一步改善了初诊和复发/难治cHL患者的预后。本文旨在描述新药时代下如何实现cHL的全程优化管理，改善患者预后，提高疗效的同时减少不良反应发生。
