TL;DR
A rare case describes a third-trimester intra-abdominal pregnancy delivered en caul via cesarean section after uterine rupture.
Contribution
Highlights a rare obstetrical emergency involving an en caul delivery of a nonviable intra-abdominal fetus.
Findings
Intra-abdominal pregnancy with uterine rupture was diagnosed via CT imaging and lab work.
Nonviable fetus was delivered en caul during exploratory laparotomy and hysterectomy.
Case emphasizes the importance of comprehensive evaluation in managing high-risk pregnancies.
