Abstract
Background: Employee motivation is a critical determinant of hospital success, influencing productivity, job satisfaction, absenteeism, and turnover. In the healthcare sector, a highly motivated workforce enhances patient outcomes, fosters teamwork, and drives innovation. Understanding the factors that influence motivation is essential for developing an effective motivational program. Aim: This study aims to evaluate the motivation levels of hospital employees and develop a comprehensive motivational program to enhance organizational performance. Methodology: A cross-sectional study was conducted in selected hospitals, utilizing structured questionnaires and interviews to assess key motivational factors, including financial incentives, leadership styles, work environment, and career growth opportunities.
