Abstract
Background and objectives This study examines hospital employees’ perceptions of workplace satisfaction, communication, and professional development, providing insights into key factors affecting job satisfaction, retention, and the overall work environment. Methods A longitudinal survey design was employed to assess hospital employees’ perceptions of workplace satisfaction, communication, and professional development at Bihor County Emergency Clinical Hospital. Data were collected over a four-year period (2019-2022) to capture evolving trends in employee attitudes and experiences. The total sample size includes 3,732 participants, who were asked to complete a questionnaire, with data stratified by year and analyzed for statistical significance using p-values.
