## Abstract

意义未明的单克隆免疫球蛋白血症（monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance, MGUS）是浆细胞疾病中最常见的一种类型。特征为骨髓内浆细胞克隆性增生、单克隆免疫球蛋白（monoclonal protein, M蛋白）轻度升高，无器官功能损害。冒烟型多发性骨髓瘤（smoldering multiple myeloma, SMM）是介于MGUS和活动性多发性骨髓瘤（active multiple myeloma, AMM）之间的中间疾病阶段的浆细胞疾病，其特征是血浆中M蛋白水平升高，骨髓中浆细胞浸润增加，但尚未出现典型临床表现。SMM被认为是AMM的前驱状态。本共识由中华医学会血液学分会浆细胞疾病学组和中国医师协会多发性骨髓瘤专业委员会共同制定，内容涵盖了MGUS和SMM的流行病学特征、临床表现、检验和检查、诊断标准、鉴别诊断、预后评估以及患者管理策略。本共识旨在为MGUS和SMM的全程管理提供标准化指导，确保及时监控疾病进展，并在适当时期采取干预措施，以提升患者的生活质量和生存率。
