## Abstract

多发性骨髓瘤是一种无法治愈的疾病。针对肿瘤细胞表面抗原的免疫疗法双特异性T细胞接合器显示出良好的临床疗效。然而，双特异性T细胞接合器疗法具有独特的抗骨髓瘤作用机制及不良反应。为进一步规范B细胞成熟抗原双特异性T细胞接合器的临床应用，中国医师协会多发性骨髓瘤专业委员会、中华医学会血液学分会浆细胞疾病学组及中国老年医学学会血液学分会组织专家结合国外最新指南、共识、研究进展及临床实践制订了本专家共识，以期更好地指导临床应用。
