## TL;DR

This retracted paper discusses changes in the fibrinolytic system during resuscitation in a model of cardiac arrest caused by pulmonary thromboembolism.

## Contribution

The paper aimed to investigate the fibrinolytic system's role in thrombolytic resuscitation for pulmonary thromboembolism-induced cardiac arrest.

## Key findings

- The study was retracted due to a compromised peer review process.
- The article's topic was found to be outside the journal's scope.
- The authors did not respond to the retraction notice.
