RETRACTION: Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cell‐Derived Exosomes Combined With Gelatin Methacryloyl Hydrogel to Promote Fractional Laser Injury Wound Healing

TL;DR
This retracted paper claimed that exosomes from stem cells combined with a hydrogel helped heal laser-induced wounds in humans.
Contribution
The study purported to introduce a novel wound-healing strategy using stem cell-derived exosomes and a hydrogel.
Findings
The paper reported that the exosome-hydrogel combination improved wound healing in a fractional laser injury model.
It suggested that the treatment enhanced tissue regeneration and reduced inflammation.
However, the findings were later invalidated due to a compromised peer review process.
