Abstract
Background/Objectives: Physical activity during pregnancy is recognised for its benefits to maternal and foetal health. However, adherence to prenatal exercise programmes is often low due to psychological, physical, and social barriers. This study explored the experiences of women who successfully completed a tailored prenatal exercise programme, “Conscious 9 Months”, aiming to identify factors enabling adherence and providing recommendations for future programme development. Methods: A descriptive qualitative research design was employed using semi-structured, in-depth interviews with ten participants who completed the programme between 2017 and 2019.
