肺癌是全球范围内高发病率和高死亡率的恶性肿瘤之一。在我国肺癌的疾病负担尤为沉重，是最常见的癌症死亡原因。尽管医学快速进步，其发病率和死亡率仍居高不下，成为公共卫生领域亟待解决的重大难题。在精准医学快速发展的背景下，肺癌诊疗正在经历从传统单一治疗方式向多维度诊疗模式转变。本文系统回顾了2024年度肺癌外科领域的创新与挑战，旨在与同道学者们共同思考肺癌外科领域的未来发展道路，为提升患者生存质量与最终实现“治愈”目标提供思路。
