## Abstract

慢性淋巴细胞白血病（CLL）/小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤（SLL）是主要发生在中老年人群的、具有特殊免疫表型的成熟B淋巴细胞克隆增殖性肿瘤。近年来，CLL/SLL的基础与临床研究，特别是新药治疗领域取得了巨大进展。为提高我国医务工作者对CLL/SLL的诊断、鉴别诊断及规范化治疗水平，中国抗癌协会血液肿瘤专业委员会、中华医学会血液学分会和中国慢性淋巴细胞白血病工作组对中国CLL/SLL的诊断与治疗指南（2022年版）进行了修订，制订了本版指南。
