This study reports early results of a new weight-loss surgery showing significant weight loss and health improvements in patients with obesity.
Contribution
Presents early clinical outcomes of SADI-S and revisional SADI in a single-center case series.
Findings
Patients achieved 27.9% and 31.1% total weight loss at 6 and 12 months, respectively.
All patients experienced full remission of type 2 diabetes and hypertension within 6 months.
No major complications were reported except one intraoperative conversion.
