## Abstract

近年来，恶性血液病患者的生存期明显延长，血液恶性肿瘤患者严重并发症的发生率亦相应升高，且病情常变化急骤。设立血液专科重症单元（HCU）对于早期识别、集中监护式管理血液危重症患者，提高血液科诊治水平、改善患者预后、降低医患纠纷风险具有重要临床意义。参考综合重症监护病房（ICU）和血液科建设指南，结合国内临床HCU运行经验，由国内多个血液临床诊疗中心参与的专家组完成本共识。本共识在HCU建立的必要性和重要性、基本配置标准、收治标准、管理制度、原发病治疗原则及诊疗策略等方面给出了具体意见，并建议具备相应条件的血液中心积极建立HCU，以期进一步降低血液重症的死亡率。
