## TL;DR

This paper discusses the diagnosis and treatment of CHIP and CCUS, newly classified blood disorders, and explores challenges and solutions in China.

## Contribution

The paper addresses current challenges and proposes potential solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of CHIP and CCUS in China.

## Key findings

- CHIP and CCUS have been officially included in the WHO 2022 and ICC classifications of myeloid neoplasms.
- Three risk prediction models for CHIP and CCUS transformation into myeloid tumors have been proposed recently.
- Clinical trials for therapeutic interventions in CHIP and CCUS are currently underway.
