## Abstract

随着新药不断问世，免疫治疗和分子靶向药物在血液系统恶性肿瘤治疗领域显现广泛的应用前景。本版专家共识依据最新国内外循证医学证据，再次组织专家们对感染的诊断、预防及治疗推荐意见进行更新，特别纳入了近期在国内上市或即将上市的抗体和小分子靶向药物，以及针对新型冠状病毒感染的药物管理意见。同时，本指南亦参照牛津大学循证医学中心的分级标准和推荐强度，对推荐意见的格式进行了相应调整。
