Contribution
The study provides empirical evidence of increased engagement with asynchronous learning tools during the pandemic.
Findings
Podcast listeners and engaged listeners increased significantly during the pandemic.
Website visits, unique visitors, and page views also rose during the pandemic period.
Engagement metrics declined slightly in late 2021, but overall remained higher than pre-pandemic levels.
