M. Barbosa, A. R. Fonseca

TL;DR
This paper discusses the challenges in diagnosing and managing ADHD and BPD, which share symptoms like impulsivity and emotional dysregulation.
Contribution
The paper highlights the importance of distinguishing between ADHD and BPD due to their different treatments and high comorbidity rates.
Findings
ADHD and BPD share impulsivity and emotional dysregulation but manifest differently.
Comorbid cases show the most severe emotional dysregulation.
Treatment approaches differ between ADHD and BPD, requiring accurate diagnosis.
