## TL;DR

This paper explores how gut bacteria influence lung cancer development and treatment, highlighting potential clinical applications.

## Contribution

The paper systematically analyzes the mechanisms linking gut flora to lung cancer and discusses clinical application potential.

## Key findings

- Gut microbiota regulate immunity and metabolism, impacting lung cancer progression.
- Modulating gut flora may improve lung cancer treatment outcomes.
- Gut-lung axis mechanisms offer new therapeutic strategies for lung cancer.
