TL;DR
This study explores how perinatal women experience an online self-directed program for managing anxiety during pregnancy and postpartum.
Contribution
The study provides new insights into the acceptability and feasibility of a self-directed online CBT program for perinatal anxiety.
Findings
Participants found the program accessible and appreciated feeling less alone through shared experiences.
Challenges included time constraints and emotional heaviness of content.
The program showed potential for improving access to psychological treatment for perinatal anxiety.
