## Abstract

黏膜相关淋巴组织（mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue, MALT）淋巴瘤是肺原发性淋巴瘤中最常见的病理类型，是一种惰性淋巴瘤，其发病与慢性炎症刺激及自身免疫性疾病关系密切，临床表现无特异性且发病率低，常易误诊，明确诊断后最佳治疗措施也存在一定争议。本文综述了肺MALT淋巴瘤的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、计算机断层扫描（computed tomography, CT）特征、病理诊断、治疗及预后等情况，为进一步认识该病提供参考。
