In this article, the cumulative dosage of aducanumab was incorrectly calculated due to failure to account for a change in the trial’s protocol. After review, the correct cumulative dose for Patient 1 is 67 mg/kg instead of 65 mg/kg, and the correct cumulative dose for Patient 2 is 68 mg/kg instead of 100 mg/kg and the patient was given aducanumab 6 mg/kg instead of 10 mg/kg.
