Nilanjan Sarkar, Rohit Chakravarty, Sandipan Mukhopadhyay

TL;DR
A 30-year-old woman was found to have situs inversus along with a choledochal cyst and a horseshoe kidney, a rare combination of congenital conditions.
Contribution
This is the first reported case of situs inversus occurring together with a choledochal cyst and a horseshoe kidney.
Findings
The patient had situs inversus confirmed by imaging studies.
The patient also had a choledochal cyst and a horseshoe kidney.
No obstructive pathology was found in the pancreatic head or periampullary region.
