Contribution
The study introduces and evaluates CLARITY, an accessible biopsychosocial education resource for mild traumatic brain injury.
Findings
Participants emphasized the importance of coherent education in recovery from mild traumatic brain injury.
CLARITY was positively received for its biopsychosocial approach and accessible delivery.
Recommendations were made to refine CLARITY and integrate it into healthcare services.
