供者缺乏是造血干细胞移植广泛使用的最大障碍。新型移植方案的建立、完善使得单倍体造血干细胞移植成为临床常规，大量血液病患者得以从中获益，单倍体供者已经成为中国异基因造血干细胞移植最重要的供者来源。本文聚焦单倍体造血干细胞移植在我国开展的现状及未来发展趋势，增加临床医师对单倍体造血干细胞移植的了解。
