Maria da Conceição Soares de Oliveira, Felipe Soares Figueiredo, Diego Pinheiro Aguiar

Contribution
The study provides empirical evidence on the effectiveness of static orthoses for treating camptodactyly types I, II, and III.
Findings
Static orthoses achieved 100% correction for type I and II flexible camptodactyly.
Type III rigid camptodactyly had a 47.6% correction rate with orthoses.
42% of patients abandoned treatment during the study period.
