TL;DR
This case report describes the treatment of recurrent cervical cancer in an elderly woman using a combination of therapies.
Contribution
The paper presents a novel multimodality treatment approach for recurrent cervical cancer in an elderly patient.
Findings
The patient received six rounds of chemotherapy followed by chemoradiation and brachytherapy.
Multimodal therapy was effective in managing recurrent squamous cell carcinoma in an elderly patient.
Regular follow-ups were crucial in monitoring and treating the recurrence.
