TL;DR
This study tests a new mental health care model in Swedish primary care to see if it improves patient outcomes and can be effectively implemented.
Contribution
The study introduces a pragmatic stepped wedge trial to evaluate the PCBH model's real-world effectiveness in primary care.
Findings
The PCBH model will be tested across multiple levels including patients, staff, and organizations.
Data collection includes registries, questionnaires, interviews, and documents to assess effectiveness comprehensively.
