## Abstract

非小细胞肺癌最佳的治疗方式为早期手术治疗，而大部分肺癌发现时已为晚期。治疗方式以药物及放射治疗为主。但上述治疗方式出现耐药或疗效不显著是不可避免的，因此，针对肺癌的治疗迫切需要更多的手段。研究证实，工程化外泌体在心血管系统疾病、肿瘤、组织再生与修复等领域具有良好的临床应用潜能。本文总结了国内外工程化外泌体在肺癌治疗中的应用。
