Research Progress of Antibody-conjugated Drugs in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Yunbo LIU, Sen WEI

TL;DR
This paper reviews the progress of antibody-drug conjugates in treating non-small cell lung cancer, highlighting their advantages and clinical outcomes.
Contribution
The paper provides an overview of recent clinical advancements and challenges in ADCs for NSCLC treatment.
Findings
ADCs offer precise targeting and improved patient tolerance compared to traditional chemotherapy.
Clinical trials like DESTINY-Lung01 and TROPION-PanTumor01 show promising results for ADCs in NSCLC.
Despite benefits, ADCs face challenges such as acquired resistance and toxicity.
Abstract
Research data of DESTINY-Lung01 Research data of DESTINY-Lung02 TROPION-PanTumor01 dose amplification cohort study data Summary of clinical trials of ADC in the treatment of NSCLC
