In page 3, Equation (4) “SEB=RBI=4E1{[κ−(12+η)]3−[−(12+η)]3}+4E2{[λ−(12+η)]3+[κ−(12+η)]3}+4E3{[1−(12+η)]3+[λ−(12+η)]3}” was incorrect. The correct equation is “SEB=RBI=4E1{[κ−(12+η)]3−[−(12+η)]3}+4E2{[λ−(12+η)]3−[κ−(12+η)]3}+4E3{[1−(12+η)]3−[λ−(12+η)]3}”.
