## TL;DR

This case report describes a combined urinary reconstruction technique used during a pediatric-to-adult en bloc kidney transplant.

## Contribution

The paper introduces a modified approach combining Lich ureteroneocystostomy and ureteroureterostomy for urinary reconstruction.

## Key findings

- The combined technique was successfully used in a pediatric donor to adult recipient transplant.
- The method offers a viable solution for complex urinary reconstruction during en bloc kidney transplantation.

## Abstract

Urinary reconstruction during en bloc kidney transplantation is challenging, with different techniques described. Here, we report a case of combined urinary reconstruction using modified Lich ureteroneocystostomy and ureteroureterostomy.
