Following publication of the original article [1], the authors reported an error found on page 4 and replacement of Fig. 2.

1. On page 4, the following text “\sigma {\hat{\theta}{jk}}” should be replaced with  \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$${\sigma }_{{\widehat{\theta }}_{jk}}$$\end{document} .
2. 3. In Fig. 2, the title of the two bottom graphs, “a-1” and “b-1” should be replaced with “a-2” and “b-2”, respectively. The revised version of Fig. 2 is shown below.
