Emira Mansor Noor Emilia, Abdul Hadi Said

TL;DR
A boy with autism and walking difficulties was diagnosed with scurvy due to poor diet and recovered with vitamin C treatment.
Contribution
Highlights scurvy as a rare but important differential diagnosis in children with unexplained mobility issues.
Findings
The patient showed symptoms like limb pain and hyperpigmented scars, consistent with scurvy.
Low ascorbic acid levels confirmed the diagnosis of scurvy.
The patient improved significantly with vitamin C supplementation and nutritional support.
