## Abstract

弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）是最常见的非霍奇金淋巴瘤类型。目前的治疗方案能显著改善患者的预后，但30％～40％的DLBCL患者出现难治（耐药）或复发。对于难治/复发的DLBCL患者，临床上治疗仍困难，其预后不佳。异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）仍是难治/复发DLBCL患者最重要的根治手段之一。本文就allo-HSCT治疗难治/复发DLBCL作用及其进展进行综述。
