## TL;DR

This paper presents the genome sequence of the Fabricius’ Nomad Bee, including a detailed assembly and gene annotation.

## Contribution

The study provides a high-quality genome assembly and gene annotation for the Nomada fabriciana species.

## Key findings

- The genome assembly spans 233.6 megabases and is scaffolded into 12 chromosomal pseudomolecules.
- The mitochondrial genome is 19.4 kilobases in length.
- Gene annotation identified 9,700 protein coding genes.

## Abstract

We present a genome assembly from an individual female
Nomada fabriciana (Fabricius’ Nomad Bee; Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Apidae). The genome sequence is 233.6 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 12 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 19.4 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 9,700 protein coding genes.
