## Abstract

慢性粒-单核细胞白血病（CMML）是一种来源于骨髓造血干细胞的克隆性疾病，预后较差。异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）是可治愈CMML的方法之一。患者移植后结局受疾病特征和患者共病等多种因素影响。根据现有预后分层系统，筛选出适合移植的CMML患者并早期移植，有利于其长期生存。医生可根据新开发的移植预后模型评估移植后CMML患者的生存情况并作出针对性的医疗决策。
