TL;DR
A 43-year-old man suffered a penile fracture due to a toothbrush implant, and surgical repair successfully restored normal function.
Contribution
Reports a rare case of penile fracture caused by an unusual non-medical implant.
Findings
Penile fracture occurred due to a toothbrush implant, not typical trauma.
Surgical repair within one month resulted in no deformity and normal sexual and voiding function.
Surgical exploration is recommended to avoid long-term complications.
