Yuting Dai, Huiling Shi, Kangling Ji, Yuxin Han, Minerva De Ala, Qing Wang

TL;DR
This paper defines what stroke survivors prefer in exercise, which helps improve their long-term recovery and adherence to rehabilitation.
Contribution
The paper provides a clear conceptual framework for understanding exercise preference in stroke survivors.
Findings
Exercise preference is defined by four attributes: choice priority, behavioral tendency, affective priming, and adherence patience.
Antecedents of exercise preference include patient, therapy, and environmental factors.
Clarifying this concept can improve rehabilitation adherence and inform intervention design.
