TL;DR
A rare case of penile fracture caused by a gunshot wound was successfully treated with a multidisciplinary surgical approach.
Contribution
This paper presents a unique clinical case of penile fracture due to a gunshot injury and emphasizes the importance of multidisciplinary surgical management.
Findings
A 24-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds had a successful surgical repair of a penile fracture.
The patient was discharged after eight days with mild erectile dysfunction persisting at 52 days post-injury.
Multidisciplinary surgical coordination was critical for managing complex abdominal and genital injuries.
