Correction to: Nygaard et al. BMC Oral Health (2023) 23:608

In this article [1], there was a mistake pertaining to the index-teeth mentioned in Tables 1 and 2 (first column in both). The index teeth mentioned were “tooth 52 and 55, and 82 and 85 in the temporary dentition, and 12 and 16, and 42 and 46 in the permanent dentition”, where it should have been “tooth 52, 55, and 72 and 75 in the temporary dentition, and 12 and 16, and 32, 36 in the permanent dentition”.
