S Rho, J Ferenbok, E Marcon, P Habashi, K Berga, L Bradbury, V Huang

TL;DR
This study developed patient-centered breastfeeding resources for people with IBD by involving patients and healthcare providers in the design process.
Contribution
The novel approach involves stakeholders to create tailored educational resources addressing breastfeeding concerns in IBD patients.
Findings
Three main themes emerged: breastfeeding concerns, issues during breastfeeding, and preferred education formats.
Patients preferred short videos over traditional counseling for information about breastfeeding and medications.
The prototype includes graphics, videos, and references on a dedicated IBD website.
