Clara María Cascio Baccanelli, Andrea Melissa Sian, Pedro Vicente Uad, Jeremias Goransky Patiño

TL;DR
A rare case of non-Hodgkin large B-cell lymphoma in the bile duct was misdiagnosed as a Klatskin tumor but successfully treated with chemotherapy and surgery.
Contribution
This case report highlights the rarity of non-Hodgkin lymphoma in the bile duct and emphasizes the importance of biopsy for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Findings
Non-Hodgkin large B-cell lymphoma can present as bile duct obstruction and mimic Klatskin tumors.
Combination chemotherapy (R-CHOP) and surgical intervention can lead to long-term remission.
Biopsy is crucial for accurate diagnosis and guiding treatment in such rare cases.
