Search for resonances in four top quark events in the 2 lepton final state
Dominic Stafford (for the CMS Collaboration)

TL;DR
This paper reports a search for beyond Standard Model resonances in four top quark events with two leptons, using large proton-proton collision datasets, setting limits on various mediators without observing excess signals.
Contribution
It presents the first search for BSM resonances in four top quark production in the two-lepton channel using extensive LHC data, establishing new exclusion limits.
Findings
No significant excess observed in data.
Z' mediators with 50% width excluded up to 850 GeV.
Limits set on scalar, pseudoscalar, and ALP mediators.
Abstract
A first search is presented for BSM resonances in four top quark production in the 2 lepton channel, using data collected at TeV, and TeV data. No significant excess is observed; limits are set on vector Z', scalar, pseudoscalar and ALP mediators. Z' mediators with 50% width are excluded up to 850 GeV (1000 GeV expected).
