S.C. \.Inan, A.V. Kisselev

TL;DR
This paper investigates the potential to measure electromagnetic moments of the tau lepton in lead-lead collisions at the FCC-hh, providing sensitivity limits and comparisons with future collider bounds.
Contribution
It introduces a novel analysis of tau lepton electromagnetic moments in heavy-ion collisions at the FCC-hh, establishing new sensitivity limits and comparison benchmarks.
Findings
95% C.L. exclusion limits on tau magnetic and electric dipole moments
Sensitivity limits at 3σ and 5σ confidence levels
Comparison with bounds from other future colliders
Abstract
A production of a pair of tau leptons in PbPb collisions at the FCC-hh collider is examined. The 95\% C.L. exclusion limits, as well as 3 and 5 sensitivity limits on the anomaly magnetic moment of the tau lepton and its electric dipole moment are obtained. A comparison with bounds on and for other future colliders are given.
