TL;DR
This paper challenges a conjecture about posets by providing a counterexample and offers combinatorial characterizations for their conclusiveness and outer derivations.
Contribution
It presents a counterexample to a conjecture on posets and introduces combinatorial criteria for conclusiveness and outer derivations.
Findings
Counterexample to Cigler, Jerman, and Wojciechowski's conjecture.
Characterizations for conclusiveness of finite posets.
Criteria for the existence of outer derivations.
Abstract
We give a counterexample to a conjecture made by Cigler, Jerman and Wojciechowski stating that all posets are conclusive. We also provide combinatorial characterizations for conclusiveness of finite posets and the existence of outer derivations.
